Jochen Winter joins the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Department in Frankfurt.
Willkie is pleased to announce that Jochen Winter has joined the firm’s Frankfurt office effective February 1. Mr. Winter, most recently a partner at Linklaters, has become a member of the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Department. He will continue to focus his practice in the areas of private equity and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Winter is widely recognized as one of Europe's top private equity practitioners, having advised on a number of Germany's largest and most sophisticated transactions for clients such as Fortress Investment Group LLC and CVC Capital Partners.
