Partner Daniel Rubino was recently profiled in a publication put forth by the Cabrini Mission Foundation for his leadership role in the overall success of the Foundation since its inception in 1998. Mr. Rubino, a founding board member of the Foundation, has served as its Chairman since 2002. The Cabrini Mission Foundation is a partnership of religious and lay supporters committed to serving at the forefront of social action in the new millennium through Cabrini-sponsored worldwide programs of health care, education, social services, and human promotion. The Foundation places particular emphasis on carrying forward Mother Cabrini’s commitment to serving the unmet needs of women, children, immigrants, and the elderly by maintaining appropriate philanthropic support of national fund raising, endowment, and donor programs. Mr. Rubino stated that he believes “the potential of the Foundation is limitless,” and that the key factor to expanding and growing is its “overwhelming inclusiveness.” He told the publication that he hopes the Foundation will “continue to reach as many people as possible, and in doing so, continue to raise more money and help more and more people.” Mr. Rubino and the firm are proud to support the recently-launched “High Voltage Energy Up Health and Wellness Program,” which will be celebrated on June 8th with a celebrity fashion show featuring Katie Couric, Nicole Miller and Denise Rich at the Mother Cabrini High School in New York City. It is a cutting-edge program designed to combat poor health habits and low self-esteem among teenage girls. Mr. Rubino is a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department in the firm’s New York office.
