Litigation partner Elizabeth S. Stong recently awarded the American Bar Association Section of Business Law’s Annual Glass Cutter Award, which is given annually to an exceptional woman business lawyer who has made significant contributions to both the legal profession and the ABA Section of Business Law.
Litigation partner Elizabeth S. Stong was recently awarded the American Bar Association Section of Business Law’s Annual Glass Cutter Award. The Glass Cutter Award is given annually to an exceptional woman business lawyer who has made significant contributions to both the legal profession and the ABA Section of Business Law. Ms. Stong was recognized for her many contributions to the Section of Business Law, including her service as Chair of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee, Chair of the Women’s Business Law Network, Section Liaison to the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, and Section Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. The award was presented to Ms. Stong at the section’s Spring Meeting Luncheon in Los Angeles. Ms. Stong, a partner in Willkie’s New York office, represents clients in federal and state securities, business, and employment litigation, arbitration, and regulatory inquiries. She also conducts internal investigations and serves as an advocate and neutral in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
