Frankfurt partner Thomas Heymann named in The Lawyer’s “The Hot 100,” an annual listing of the “newest breed” of lawyers who are “shaping the law and the profession” in the year to come.
Frankfurt partner Thomas Heymann was recently named in The Lawyer’s “The Hot 100,” an annual listing of the “newest breed” of lawyers who are “shaping the law and the profession” in the year to come. The UK publication reports that Willkie’s Frankfurt office has benefited not only from Mr. Heymann’s “market-leading reputation in IT (advising recently on one of the biggest outsourcing projects) but also by his all-round corporate expertise.” Mr. Heymann is also noted for his lead role on the major restructuring of ish, the giant German cable operator. Thomas Heymann is a partner in Willkie’s Corporate and Financial Services Department, specializing in corporate acquisitions and restructurings, with special emphasis on leveraged management buyouts and reorganizations and refinancing of IT and telecommunications companies.
