On September 19th, Willkie Chairman Jack H. Nusbaum appeared on The History Channel’s special series presentation entitled Big Deals, a look at some of the most significant business transactions of the past 100 years. Mr. Nusbaum was prominently featured with regard to his role in the landmark 1988 RJR / Nabisco leveraged buyout, which at the time was the largest transaction of its type. Mr. Nusbaum is a partner in Willkie’s Corporate and Financial Services Department and serves as Chairman of the firm. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and fiduciary duties, and internal investigations.
