Gordon R. Caplan joins the firm's Corporate and Financial Services Department in New York.
Willkie is pleased to announce that Gordon R. Caplan has joined the firm. Mr. Caplan will be residing in the firm’s New York office and practicing in the Corporate and Financial Services Department. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies on a spectrum of corporate matters, including private equity, contracts, licensing, and employment issues. Mr. Caplan was previously a partner at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo.
