The European Automotive Industry Faces New Distribution Rules,” provides an overview of the proposed new rules, which are intended to replace the current regime established in 1995. Specifically, the article covers selective or exclusive distribution (“pick and choose”), multi-brand and Internet sales, marketing in other member states, shopping abroad, and repair and spare parts under the proposed reform of the distribution regime. Mr. Pastore and Mr. Zumbo (partner, Studio Legale Delfino e Associati-Willkie Farr & Gallagher) reside in Willkie’s Milan office and practice in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Services Department.
