On April 29, Craig C. Martin, Chairman, Americas, and John Elbasan, Chief Digital and Information Officer, will speak at the Sixth Annual Law Firm Profitability, Pricing & AI Conference. The event is hosted by Sandpiper Partners LLC and will take place at Willkie’s office in Chicago, Illinois.
Craig will speak on the panel titled “Disruption and the State of the Market,” discussing law firm strategy, preparing data to use in productivity and profitability analysis, business risk, firm rules and policies, continuing real estate spend, and examples of new arrangements using AFAs and Fixed Fee Agreements.
John will participate in the panel titled “AI and Profitability,” sharing insights on structuring data to use in large language models, using AI in record keeping and tracking profitability and pricing, and budgeting. The panelists will also cover new ways for firms to take advantage of AI, using AI to improve forecasting and increase efficiency, and training partners, associates and business C-levels and staff.
