Chapman (Ret.), Senior Counsel in Willkie’s Restructuring Department and Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution practice, will speak on the panel titled “Navigating Difficult Dynamics: Communication and Negotiation when Restructuring Turns Contentious.” The session is part of the 2026 IWIRC@ABI Conference, hosted by the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) in Washington, DC.
