On March 25-27, partners Katrina Robson and Robert Lepore will participate as speakers during the 2026 Antitrust Spring Meeting, hosted by the American Bar Association’s Antitrust Law Section in Washington, DC. The conference is the largest gathering of competition, consumer protection and data privacy professionals globally.
On March 25 at 9:00 am (ET), Katrina will speak on the panel titled “RIGOROUS ENOUGH? REVISITING CLASS CERT STANDARD [LITIGATION],” which will highlight the merits questions, economic models and unharmed members at the center of today’s class certification battles. The panelists will discuss emerging trends in how courts apply a standard of “rigorous analysis” based on the latest decisions.
On March 26 at 8:30 am (ET), Robert will speak on the panel titled “FAMILY FEUD: ANTITRUST EDITION,” in which antitrust practitioners will battle it out in a game of family feud, discussing, opining and guessing what the “survey says” about a range of antitrust hot topics.
