On December 15 at 9:00 am (ET), pro bono counsel Stacey Kushlefsky will be speaking on the panel: Ethical Issues in Pro Bono and Legal Services Representation, hosted by the Practising Law Institute. The program will teach participants to identify the ethics issues that may arise in the context of pro bono representation, including confidentiality and conflicts, scope of representation and representing clients with diminished capacity.
