Eddie Best Appears on Bloomberg Television’s The Close

On December 17, partner and Co-Chair of Willkie’s Capital Markets practice Eddie Best appeared on Bloomberg Television’s The Close to discuss capital markets and M&A activity in 2025 and the outlook for 2026. Eddie highlighted that IPO activity has been very robust in the second half of 2025, and the expectation is for demand to remain strong into 2026.  He also commented on the regulatory environment for M&A deals and the expectation of a robust year in 2026 for M&A activity, including in the AI, Fintech and Energy sectors.
