On November 17 at 3:30 pm (ET), partner and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Corporate Governance Practice Robert Stebbins will speak on a panel as part of the “SEC Office of General Counsel” program, hosted by the SEC Historical Society in Washington, DC. The program will be held in celebration of an upcoming exhibition on the history of the SEC’s Office of General Counsel.
The panelists, all former SEC General Counsels whose leadership spans the past 42 years, will discuss the issues and events that have determined the role of the Office of General Counsel and shaped securities law over time. Bob served as General Counsel of the SEC from 2017 to 2021.
