On March 3, partner Dharshini Prasad will participate in the panel titled “The Art of Cross-Examination” as part of Riyadh International Disputes Week, hosted by the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The panelists will showcase their cross-examination techniques in a mock hearing, followed by a discussion on advocacy strategies in international arbitration. The inaugural Riyadh International Disputes Week aims to bring together leading international arbitration practitioners from around the work to share insights on cross-border dispute resolutions.
