On March 7 at 4:15 pm (PT), partner Koren Bell will participate on the panel titled “ETHICS – Zealous Representation: The Pursuit of Justice or Obstruction of Justice.” The event is part of the 39th Annual National Institute on White Collar Crime, hosted in San Francisco by the American Bar Association.
The panel will discuss the difficulties that attorneys may encounter in representing a client facing the government, and highlight the ethical rules of zealous advocacy.
