On December 7 at 9:00 am (ET), Litigation partner and Co-Chair of the Securities Enforcement Practice Group Elizabeth P. Gray will interview Gary Gensler, Chair, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a Fireside Chat, as part of the ABA’s Federal Regulation of Securities Winter Meeting 2023. Liz, who serves as Co-Chair of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee’s Civil Litigation and SEC Enforcement Matters Joint Subcommittee, will participate in the interview alongside Jay Knight, Chair of the Federal Regulation of Securities Committee. The event will be hosted by the American Bar Association Business Law Section in Washington, DC.
