On October 13 at 10:15am ET, partner and co-head of the Willkie Digital Works practice Kari Larsen will be speaking on the panel “Issues in Complying With the Wide Range of Emerging Federal and State Regulation” at American University’s Washington College of Law’s First Annual Virtual Currency Law Institute. The Virtual Currency Law, Regulation, and Policy Institute will focus on discussing pressing and relevant aspects of the explosion of cryptocurrencies and consequently regulating it and the way forward.
The Virtual Currency Law Institute is presented by WCL's Virtual Currency Project and the Business Law Program.
