On November 11 from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm PST, Litigation counsel Michael Graham will speak at Employee Owned 2021, a hybrid conference hosted by the ESOP Association at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Michael will speak as part of the session “Litigation Update - Trends and Open Questions,” which will address recent case law, trends, and open questions in ESOP-related litigation, including a discussion of preemption, indemnification, arbitration clauses, recent notable cases, and COVID-19 issues.
