This weekly online program aims to empower women lawyers to fulfill their leadership potential, learn important leadership skills and strategies, and advance their careers and the profession as a whole.

On November 12 at 8am EDT, Willkie partner and head of the Latin America practice Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza will speak on the “Take Care and Be Well: Well-Being Strategies for High Achievers” panel as part of Fordham University’s Leadership Academy for Women in Law, a weekly online program intended to empower women lawyers to fulfill their full leadership potential.

Panelists will discuss the nature of well-being and why high achievers should care about it, including well-being as a team sport, the role of leaders in supporting their team’s well-being, caring for one’s own well-being in order to sustain resilience and performance, and personal approaches to staying well.

The panel will be followed by an optional breakout session to allow for further discussion. CLE credit will be available.
