Partner Ana M. Alfonso will participate on a panel entitled “Turning it Around - Hot Topics in Dealing with Debtors, Preserving Value and Emergence from Bankruptcy, Including Contested Plan Issues.”
On May 3 at 3 PM EDT, Willkie partner Ana M. Alfonso will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s Bankruptcy & Reorganizations 2021: Current Developments program.
The program will cover current issues relating to structuring, drafting and enforcing the rights of creditors and parties to loans, and various executory contracts, principally in out-of-court restructurings and exchange offers.
Ms. Alfonso will participate on the panel “Turning it Around - Hot Topics in Dealing with Debtors, Preserving Value and Emergence from Bankruptcy, Including Contested Plan Issues.” Subjects to be discussed include unfair discrimination; opioid cases; latest developments in oil and gas, energy cases; and valuation and contested plan disputes.
