On March 30 at 2 PM EST, Willkie partner and Chair of the Compliance, Investigations & Enforcement Practice Group Martin J. Weinstein will moderate a panel entitled “FCPA in the Spotlight — The Compliance Challenges No One Warned You About” at Financial Crimes Risks, Trends and Proven Practices, a virtual event hosted by Compliance Week.
The panel will discuss how best to create an approach to managing FCPA risk when doing business in far-off regions (and, currently, during a pandemic) using the policies, processes and controls best suited the business and the times.
