The Honorable Richard J. Holwell will moderate this CLE program which will assess the impact of the collapse of Lehman Brothers and the financial crisis on securities enforcement and litigation. The panel will also discuss the evolving roles of regulators, outside counsel, Boards of Directors, and in-house counsel as they confront new challenges in the aftermath of the financial crisis.
