Krystyna Blakeslee, Chair of Willkie’s Real Estate Finance practice group, has been honored by New York Restoration Project for her work to establish parks and green spaces in NYC’s underserved communities.
Krystyna received the NYRP’s Green Goddess Award at the star-studded Hulaween Gala on October 27. The award recognizes Krystyna’s longstanding support for NYRP and her commitment to making the city greener and more resilient for all New Yorkers. Krystyna was named to NYRP’s Board of Trustees in May, and her work with the organization includes recently leading a Willkie team that helped build a community garden in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
The Hulaween Gala raised over $2 million to fund NYRP’s construction and maintenance of community parks and gardens across the city.
