Willkie continues to rank among the top U.S. law firms for gender equity in Law360 Pulse’s 2023 Women in Law Report. Willkie was ranked 18th for the overall representation of female lawyers among the legal industry’s largest firms (601+ attorneys).
The Women in Law Report provides a data-driven view of female attorney representation at 284 leading law firms in the U.S. The ranking uses Law360 Pulse's pipeline score methodology, which indicates whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting and retaining female attorneys, as well as data from the American Bar Association and law firm headcounts. Firms were evaluated and ranked in comparison to peers of relatively similar size.
