Law360 ranked Willkie among the leading law firms for diversity in its 2021 Diversity Snapshot. Willkie ranked among the top 10 in the “Diversity in the Top Ranks” listing, which recognizes firms that have the “highest representation of minorities in their equity partnerships.” The firm ranked 11th in the “Diversity in Focus” chart, which ranks overall attorney diversity. Both rankings are in the category of firms with 251-600 U.S.-based attorneys.
A total of 266 firms were evaluated in the 2021 edition and ranked in comparison to peers of relatively similar size. Law360 used data from the American Bar Association and the firms’ own headcounts to set benchmarks for the report.
