Latinvex – Latin America News and Analysis for the second consecutive year included corporate partner Maria-Leticia Ossa Daza among its selection of the “Top 50 Female Lawyers” (from international law firms) focusing in Latin America. She was also recognized for excellence in the categories of Banking & Finance and Corporate/M&A.
Latinvex considered nearly 100 law firms, choosing 50 attorneys from 33 different firms based in the United States and United Kingdom. Criteria for selection included a combination of factors, including regional and local prominence, prominence of the candidates’ law firms and awards and recognition from various third-party sources. Latinvex highlights that the group’s “expertise spans more than ten different areas, ranging from capital markets and M&As to environment and labor.”
Ms. Ossa Daza was also included on the Latin Trade Group’s 2014 roster of “Rising Legal Stars of Latin America.”
