Business Reorganization and Restructuring partner Rachel Strickland is recognized as an “Outstanding Young Restructuring Lawyer -- 2012” by Turnarounds & Workouts magazine. The special report features a short list of the country’s top restructuring attorneys under 40. Ms. Strickland is profiled for her recent accomplishments in assisting Dish Networks (acquirer) and EchoStar Corp. (largest creditor) in the TerreStar bankruptcy case, and for serving as lead counsel to Fidelity National in Lend America’s bankruptcy case. She is also noted for serving as counsel to JPMorgan Asset Management in connection with the Nebraska Book chapter 11 case, and to the first lien lenders in the out-of-court restructuring of Quiznos.
Ms. Strickland was previously recognized in Turnarounds & Workouts’ 2010 and 2006 reports.
