Business Reorganization and Restructuring partner Shaunna Jones has been selected to participate in the second Next Generation Program hosted by the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges at its annual conference in San Diego. Only 40 bankruptcy lawyers nationwide are invited to participate in this prestigious program.
All chosen candidates were required to “demonstrate legal excellence in the practice of bankruptcy law; display a serious commitment to principles of civility, ethics and professionalism; and demonstrate commitment to the continued educational development of bankruptcy professionals and to professional activities that will benefit the public, members of the bar and the court system.” As part of the Next Generation program, Shaunna will convene with other participants and more than a dozen bankruptcy and Article III judges from across the country to discuss key and emerging restructuring issues.
