Claudia Schmiedt joined the law firm Studio Legale Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in 2016. She is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department based in Milan and regularly advises domestic and international clients on pre-litigation and non-contentious labor and social security matters.
Claudia has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law, primarily focusing on employment agreements, executives’ contracts, non-competition and non-solicitation covenants, retention arrangements, changes in job tasks, warning letters, individual and collective dismissals, unions’ relations, temporary work, agency relationships. She also advises clients in negotiations with unions during mass redundancy procedures and has considerable expertise in helping companies during corporate restructurings.
Claudia assists clients before Italian Labor Courts.
She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French and German, in addition to her native Italian.
