Emily Rodriguez-Sanchirico is an associate in the Litigation Department in Los Angeles. She has significant trial and appellate experience representing clients in a variety of high profile and complex matters in state and federal court, including entertainment, lender liability, false advertising, and other business disputes. Emily also has a strong labor and employment practice and has helped both private and public employers resolve lawsuits involving allegations of discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and collective bargaining agreement disputes—whether via litigation, arbitration, private mediation, or pre-litigation negotiations.
