Noor Rahman is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, including disputes about privacy, securities, intellectual property, fiduciary duties, breach of contract, and consumer protection laws. Noor has experience representing clients in individual and class actions at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts, and has achieved positive results for clients in arbitrations, mediations, and settlement negotiations. 

Noor graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and served on the editorial board of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. She was a student attorney in Georgetown’s Center for Applied Legal Studies, and in that capacity, she successfully obtained political asylum for two Honduran refugees.
