Carlotta Orlando is an associate in the Corporate and Financial Services Department of the Rome office of Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.
Carlotta advises domestic and international corporate clients on M&A transactions and on day-to-day matters relating to corporate law and contract law.
She has extensive experience across numerous industries including luxury & fashion, logistics and transportation, IT and food & beverage.
Carlotta is fluent in Italian, English and German and has working knowledge of French.
Experience
Carlotta completed her legal traineeship at the Milan office of Willkie between 2016 and 2018. Prior to re-joining the firm in 2023, she gained considerable in-house experience in Germany, Switzerland and Italy. In particular, Carlotta worked in a multinational corporation that provides cloud storage solutions and most recently acted as Legal Counsel at gategroup, the leading global airline catering provider, headquartered in Zurich. Her experience helps her provide practical and effective counsel to German and Swiss clients doing business in the Italian market.
- Richemont International: assistance in several extraordinary transactions, including a JV with Kering in the eyewear sector and the sale of Lancel to Piquadro;
- Mondo Convenienza: assistance in major logistic projects and logistic services agreements;
- Chloé, Montblanc, Lancel: advice in the opening/closure of several boutiques;
- Richemont Group, Patrizia Pepe, Liu-Jo, Selle Italia: legal advice on corporate law and contract law matters, with particular reference to distribution agreements, supply agreements, licence agreements, e-commerce and sponsorship agreements;
- Renova: assisting in the acquisition of SolidPower, one of the world’s leading companies in the field of high-temperature fuel cell technology.
