Ann Niehaus is an associate in the Litigation Department. She focuses on complex commercial litigation, and has represented companies and individuals, as plaintiffs and defendants, in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. Ann’s experience encompasses an array of complex disputes, including class actions, breaches of contract, copyright, trademark, trade secret, defamation, false advertising, and consumer protection.

Ann previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable F. Dennis Saylor IV at the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
