Kenley Joseph

Kenley Joseph is an associate in the Communications & Media practice group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher in Washington. His practice focuses on communications and technology law and policy, advising clients on regulatory matters before the Federal Communications Commission, state and local franchising authorities, and courts. He advises clients on various regulatory matters, including spectrum policy and cable franchising. He also maintains a pro bono practice, representing incarcerated people in their motions for Compassionate Release.
