Jonathan (“J.D.”) Hess is an associate in the Corporate & Financial Services Department and a member of the Finance Department. He represents borrowers, financial institutions, capital companies, agent banks, private equity funds and other institutional investors in connection with acquisition financings, distressed asset sales, cryptocurrency facilities, senior and subordinated debt, working capital credit facilities, bridge loans, asset-based financings, secured and unsecured term lending, high-yield debt offerings, private placements of securities, reserve-based loans and other forms of debt financing.
