

Brandon Franklin is an associate in the Litigation Department in San Francisco. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, and class actions. Brandon has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. He has taken numerous depositions, successfully argued dispositive and discovery motions in court, and has contributed to the defense of clients at trial. He also has experience advising clients on regulatory matters. He has represented public and private companies, including those in the insurance, transportation, retail, technology, and aerospace industries.
Brandon previously served as a law clerk for the Honorable Laurel Beeler at the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California and was a senior associate at an international law firm.
