Najwa Alsheikh is an associate in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in San Francisco, California. Ms. Alsheikh’s focus includes antitrust investigations, class actions, complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, mergers and acquisitions, securities and technology transactions in state and federal court.

Ms. Alsheikh is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she served on the Berkeley Law Foundation and the Berkeley Business Law Journal. She previously served as a legal clerk for NCLR and focused on national high-impact policy and litigation, as well as the City Attorney of San Francisco’s Land Use Division, where she focused on projects involving eminent domain and “takings” law, CEQA law and environmental impact reviews, transportation, real estate, and zoning.
