Willkie advised InVivo Group on €1.6 billion of financing in connection with the acquisition.
French agricultural group InVivo Group announced on December 9 that it completed its acquisition of Soufflet Group. The merger joins two of France’s leading agribusinesses.
In connection with the acquisition, InVivo Group secured €1.6 billion in financing from a syndicate of French and international banks. The new five-year syndicated loan will contribute to the financing of deal, as well as the refinancing of existing loans, working capital and the investment needs of InVivo Group.
