Kiloutou announces the acquisition of equipment rental specialist BM Location from Group Monnoyeur.
On November 14, Willkie client Kiloutou announced it has acquired equipment rental specialist BM Location from Group Monnoyeur. With a network of over 270 agencies and 2500 employees in France, The Kiloutou Company is the leading equipment rental specialist in France. With 600 employees in 85 branches in France, BM Location is the third-largest general equipment rental company in France. The acquisition will reinforce Kiloutou’s position within the civil engineering sector.
In April 2011, Willkie represented PAI partners in its €535 million acquisition of Kiloutou from Sagard Private Equity. The current deal was handled by partners Christophe Garaud and Jacques-Philippe Gunther; special European counsel Philippe Grudé; and associates Xavier Doumen, Elise Carrera, Paul Guillemin, Alexandre Avrillon, Agathe Richard and Marion Bailly.
