On November 1, the firm welcomed Cristopher Greer as a partner in the Corporate and Financial Services Department. He will practice in the New York office, where he will focus on high-yield bond offerings and other capital market transactions. Mr. Greer, who was previously a partner with O’Melveny & Myers, has extensive experience representing investment banking clients and corporate issuers in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. He also specializes in corporate governance and SEC compliance, and has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other general corporate transactions.
