The article, entitled “Italian Lawyers Test New Legislation,” examines how U.S. law firms are fairing in the Italian marketplace, which continues to benefit from post-millennium legislative reforms. The attorneys in Willkie’s Milan and Rome offices, helmed by partner Maurizio Delfino, are noted for their expertise in handling complex transactions with regard to capital markets, private equity/M&A, telecommunications and Information Technology and taxation.
