Willkie’s London office hosted seminar on Iranian sanctions.
On February 23, Willkie’s London office hosted a CLE seminar, “U.S. Iranian Sanctions: What Is Now Permissible, and What Is Not.” Partners Peter Burrell and David Mortlock led the seminar, which focused on the practical implications of the partial lifting of Iranian sanctions by the United States, for both U.S. persons and their European subsidiaries. The program also contrasted the U.S. position to that under the revised European sanctions regime.
