Topic: Faculty will discuss best practices and teach participants how to avoid common pitfalls that can turn the process into a logistical nightmare. This course also will focus on navigating issues unique to privilege logs in the digital age, including the proper treatment of e–mail chains and attachments. Participants will learn how to leverage the combined efforts of team members while minimizing problems that commonly arise when a privilege log project is divided among multiple attorneys.
