Willkie represents private equity firm Bridge Growth Partners LLC in its investment in CRGT, a leading provider of custom software and data analytics to federal agencies. 

On November 5, Willkie client Bridge Growth Partners, LLC announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire CRGT Inc., a leading provider of custom software development and data analytics to federal government agencies, from an affiliate of Veritas Capital.

CRGT is a full life-cycle IT services provider offering customers agile software development, data analytics, and cyber security & infrastructure support. CRGT’s customer base includes the United States Postal Service, Securities and Exchange Commission, Patent and Trademark Office, Department of Defense, Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Security, among others.  Bridge Growth Partners, LLC is a uniquely structured growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investments in the technology and financial services sectors.
