Established in 2021, Willkie’s Los Angeles office has a broad practice focused on corporate and M&A transactions, private wealth, tax and litigation. The office includes more than 80 lawyers who service clients across the region, aligned with Willkie’s broad transactional, private client and litigation platforms.
The office’s corporate transactions team focuses on business transactions for public and private companies, including many in the entertainment and media industry. Our Private Clients team provides estate planning and related services for high-net-worth individuals, including actors, directors, writers, producers, artists, sports figures, business owners, executives, and real estate investors. Our litigation team is made up of experienced trial lawyers who represent clients in all facets of entertainment, trusts and estates, intellectual property, bankruptcy, and other complex commercial litigation.
