Christian Werthmüller is an associate in the German Real Estate Department. He focuses on the topics ESG and Mobility in the real estate sector. He represents investors and developers as well as private equity clients regarding real estate transactions. Furthermore, Christian focuses on commercial lease agreements and project developments.
In parallel to his admission as a lawyer, he obtained his Phd from the University of Mannheim which was awarded as “outstanding”. Prior to joining Willkie, Christian worked at another international law firm.
Christian has been recommended as “Lawyer of the Future” in Handelsblatt 2022 and as “ONES TO WATCH” in Commercial Real Estate in Best Lawyers Magazine 2022.
Christian is fluent in German and English.
