Fabrice Veverka is a partner in the Corporate & Financial Services Department in Paris. His practice focuses on M&A transactions and complex negotiations involving both listed and unlisted companies, on behalf of corporate clients and investment funds. He has been involved in a number of significant M&A transactions in the French market in recent years.

Fabrice has also been listed among the top 40 lawyers of the CAC 40 companies in Forbes Magazine in 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Experience

Fabrice began his career in 2004 at de Pardieu Brocas Maffei and later joined Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in 2006. Prior to joining Willkie, he co-founded SLVF in 2012, which eventually merged with Viguié Schmidt in July 2017 to become Viguié Schmidt & Associés. He was seconded between 2010 and 2011 to London-based firm Macfarlanes LLP.
