Devin Ralston is an associate in the Asset Management Department. Devin focusses on matters related to private investment funds across a broad range of asset classes. Devin has represented sponsors across a variety of asset categories including energy, real estate, fund of funds, infrastructure and consumer goods. Devin has experience representing both fund sponsors and investors in fundraising efforts for multibillion-dollar funds, as well as middle market, regional and sector-specific funds. Devin also represents fund sponsors and investors in fund co-investments and secondary transfers of investment fund interests.
