Brianna McRae is an associate in the Asset Management Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. Brianna's practice focuses on representing asset managers in the structuring, documenting, offering and operation of private investment funds and ongoing fund operations. She has comprehensive experience working with private equity funds, funds of funds and bank-affiliated sponsors and distributors of private equity, real assets and secondaries funds. Brianna also has significant experience negotiating private fund investments on behalf of family offices and funds of funds.
