Matthew I. Haddadin is an associate in Willkie’s Asset Management Department. He focuses on counseling mutual funds, ETFs, hedge funds, private equity funds and their investment advisers on a variety of regulatory and transactional matters. Matthew also represents investment advisers in connection with SEC examination and enforcement proceedings.
